At the end of the Edo period, Hisatomi Yojibei Masatsune and his son Masayasu (1812-1878) made porcelain items for export.
In 1841, the family was recognized by Saga Han, Nabeshima Naomasa (1815 - 1871) who gave them the trade title of 'Zoshuntei'. . The factory ceased all its activities in 1926.
An Arita porcelain signed on cork 'made by Sanpo', workshop 'Hisatomi yojibei Masayasu", signature used from 1842 to 1856.
Hisatomi Yojibei Masatsune with his oldest son, Masayasu (1812-1878) operated the foreign trade of porcelain ware in late Edo era. In 1841 the family was officially licensed by Saga Han, Nabeshima Naomasa (1815-1871) who granted the family a trade name, Zoshuntei. The Porcelain factory closed in 1926.
