This early MGB GT Coupe from February 1967 is in a good condition and is fitted with neat wire wheels and spinners, perfect tyres and comes in the colour British Racing Green. The dark-green paintwork in combination with the new original leather interior and a steel dashboard look fantastic on this car. Equipped with a sought after overdrive, which makes this GT drive great. All of the mechanical components have been checked and improved in case this was needed. Suspension, brakes and rubbers are either new or revised. This MGB GT Coupe comes from the 2nd Dutch owner, and was imported to the Netherlands in 1998. Exterior: Neatly maintained, paintwork in good condition and rust-free but a (partial) respray may be an option as a finishing touch. The chrome work is neat and in good condition. The rubbers, hinges and locks, and windows are also in good condition. This is a very original and perfectly-maintained MGB GT with patina lacquer and overdrive. Interior: The interior features an original black carpet set, neat black door cards and two original reupholstered black leather seats which were delivered new in 2018. The steering wheel is original and perfect, the dashboard is equipped with two additional gauges, the gearstick knob is original and the car has a set of rubber MG mats. The interior looks nice and is in neat condition. Technique: An MGB GT with Overdrive on the 3rd and 4th gear! The car is equipped with the original 1798cc 4-cylinder engine producing 96 HP and a 4-speed manual transmission. Fully checked and serviced in our workshop, it runs and drives perfectly. The car has good oil pressure, a perfect alternator, ignition, spark plug cables, ignition coil and an unleaded cylinder head, the carburettors have been adjusted and fitted with new needles, the vehicle has an overdrive. Brakes, suspension and powertrain were checked, revised and renewed in recent years. It has a recent Dutch periodic vehicle inspection. Details: This very nice GT is a unique car, unspoiled and in original condition. Technically completely revised, paintwork with nice patina, solid and rust-free. This MG is also equipped with overdrive (which works perfectly). All in all, this is great driver’s MG which can be brought to perfection with just a bit of TLC.
