Fortuna (possibly model 4) - skrivemaskine, 1930'erne - Jern (støbt/smeltet)
The standard typewriter "Fortuna", was named after the Roman goddess of good luck. She was the successor to the "Stolzenberg-Fortuna", which had been on the market since 1923. This can be ascribed to Carl Schlüns, who worked as a designer at the Mercedes office machine factory. The "Fortuna" was manufactured from 1928 by the hunting and sporting firearms factory J.P. Sauer and Sohn. They were based in Suhl in Thüringen.
The "Fortuna" was a so-called Front impact machine. and had four rows of keys. It also had a carriage return. The "Fortuna" had a Royal mechanism with a light touch required to operate. As a result, a high typing speed was possible.
In reasonable condition, and will be sold as a decoration object.
